Kevin P. Meehan, Sr. is the President of First Commercial Mortgage, Inc.

Kevin's background includes over 25 years in the mortgage banking and brokerage business. In 1979, Kevin started out in one of New York's largest commercial mortgage companies. Several years later, he became a consultant for American Capital Enterprises, Inc. before becoming the northeastern regional manager for a Texas pension fund advisor.

In 1992, Kevin became the New York City area manager for one of New York State's largest savings banks overseeing a staff of 32 mortgage officers. In 1995, he, along with a Wall Street financial trader and an international banker, started what is now First Commercial Mortgage, Inc.

Kevin's personal success includes the financing of hundreds of commercial properties nationwide. These properties consist of multifamily complexes, office buildings, shopping centers, warehouses, mixed use complexes, condominiums, marinas and hotel properties. He has also brokered the sale of numerous commercial properties as well as arranged joint ventures.
